Rubin's story doesn't start with a diploma or an impressive job title. It starts at eighteen, when he started helping Kevin van Elswijck with his business Rebody. What began with social media grew into SEO, and then into web development and strategy.

“Seeing the whole picture, seeing how the pieces fit together, is still the best part of all.”

In 2020 he started Online Marketing Bakery. Where he used to turn the knobs himself, he now leads the team and thinks along strategically.

The team

## Quality has no postcode.

Hire only people within commuting distance and you're fishing in a 20-kilometre pond. Then you can't grow fast and keep the quality. That's why our team is everywhere, and the bakery is in Roermond.
