You work out who fits, and who doesn't. A good lead is someone we can really help.

You're the first point of contact and you follow up while the interest is still warm.

What works, and what doesn't? You think along about how we sell, and you find out what's going on in the market.

You support deals and account management, and you see up close how a conversation becomes a client.

Fair is fair: there is no internship allowance. There is a bonus structure, so you benefit straight away when you sell well.
