The workbench of a Wiz KidEvery week

01

### From interview to content

With us, everything starts with an interview. You make sure AI turns a transcript into a good first draft faster, which a human then checks.

02

### Working smarter as a team

You spot where we do something twice by hand, and build a workflow for it.

03

### Building for clients

A calculator, a quiz, a scan: tastings that bring in leads. You think along and build along.

04

### Keeping up, and teaching us

AI changes every month. You try the new stuff first, and show the team what works.

### This is for you if you

have already built things with AI, and can show them.

would rather try something than hold a meeting about it.

move fast, and speak up yourself when you need something.

### This is not for you if you

only know AI from a few prompts in ChatGPT.

want a course first before you try anything.

send AI output out the door without checking it.

What you get

## A salary, and a workbench.

No degree or diplomas needed. Proven affinity with AI is: show us what you've made. The rest you learn on the job: at the office in Roermond, with a team that also bakes along remotely.
