How we work

How we build events and webinars that sell · The Sold-Out Recipe.

We don't start with the ads. We start with what you sell. Only then do we fill the room.

You gave a top masterclass. Everyone was enthusiastic. Nobody bought.

Sound familiar? Then your room is leaking. Usually in one of these two places.

The room isn't full.

Too few sign-ups. Or they do sign up, and don't show.

The room is full, but doesn't buy.

Everyone goes home full of knowledge. Without an offer ever being made. Very cosy. Very expensive.

Knowledge proves your value. Your offer cashes it in.

Most experts give away all their knowledge and close with ‘if you have any questions, you know where to find me’. A waste of a full room. You don’t have to change who you are. You just add a crystal-clear offer, and follow-up that is just as clear.

Not every expert agrees with this. That is exactly the point.

Our model

You can't bake bread with flour alone.

An event that sells has three ingredients. In the right ratio.

Knowledge is the flour

The base. Proves you know what you are talking about.

Without: you're not credible.

Inspiration is the yeast

Makes it rise. Shows what is possible, so people want more.

Without: interesting, but no urgency.

The offer is the counter

This is where the selling happens. Makes the next step crystal clear.

Without: off home enthusiastic, without buying.

Bake it yourself

What happens if you leave out an ingredient?

Applause. No revenue.

Off home enthusiastic, without buying. Sound familiar? Then you know where your room leaks.

The four steps

Two steps to fill. Two with buyers.

Look at the four steps and you see the difference with every other agency. Rise and Oven fill the room. Anyone can do that.

Dough and Counter are about buyers: what you sell, and how you sell it. That's where we start, and that's where we finish.

Who we bake this for: filling open trainings and workshops for training providers, webinars for consultants that bring in assignments, from workshop to intake for coaches and knowledge sessions for recruitment agencies.

The Sold-Out Recipe

Four steps from empty room to clients.

We don't start with the ads. We start with what you sell. Only then do we fill the room.

Step 01 · with buyers

Dough

a crystal-clear offer. First your offer. Then an event structure with the right ratio and a bridge to that offer. Only then the hook and the title.

Step 02 · filling

Rise

filling the room. Through ads, LinkedIn, outreach and email.

Step 03 · filling

Oven

making sure they really come. Signing up is not the same as showing up. We warm up your participants through email, WhatsApp and reminders.

Step 04 · with buyers

Counter

making the offer. At the right moment, with follow-up that is just as clear. From event to conversation to client.

The scoreboard

We measure our success by what your room buys.

Not by whether it is full. Likes are crumbs: we count loaves. Five numbers per event, on one scoreboard.

The secret ingredient

We don't just come up with the tasting. We build it too.

You never get a second chance at a first impression. So we build it ourselves.

A masterclass is our favourite recipe. But a calculator, scan or quiz is a tasting too: the first taste that goes down so well that people come back for more.

For a recruitment firm, we built our own salary calculator as a lead catcher. Other agencies advise something like that. We build it. Always in service of the counter.

And who doesn't love the sweet taste of success?

An evening or morning full of knowledge, live.

  1. Taste
  2. Experience
  3. Buy

How it ends at your offer: Everyone experiences what you can do. At the end comes a clear next step.

Which one it becomes depends on your offer. Not on what we happen to like building.

Your next event deserves a room that buys.
