For experts who sell through their knowledge

You take the stage. We fill the room. And make sure it buys

Your masterclass, webinar or training is good. It just doesn't sell enough: your room, or your funnel, is leaking. No masterclass or webinar yet? Then we'll bake one together.

You talk to Rubin, the head baker. From Roermond since 2020.

Hi, I'm Soes, the Soes Chef. I love full rooms. And buyers.

You gave a top masterclass. Everyone was enthusiastic. Nobody bought.

Sound familiar? Then your room is leaking. Usually in one of these two places.

The room isn't full.

Too few sign-ups. Or they do sign up, and don't show.

The room is full, but doesn't buy.

Everyone goes home full of knowledge. Without an offer ever being made. Very cosy. Very expensive.

Knowledge proves your value. Your offer cashes it in.

Most experts give away all their knowledge and close with ‘if you have any questions, you know where to find me’. A waste of a full room. You don’t have to change who you are. You just add a crystal-clear offer, and follow-up that is just as clear.

Not every expert agrees with this. That is exactly the point.

Our model

You can't bake bread with flour alone.

An event that sells has three ingredients. In the right ratio.

Knowledge is the flour

The base. Proves you know what you are talking about.

Without: you're not credible.

Inspiration is the yeast

Makes it rise. Shows what is possible, so people want more.

Without: interesting, but no urgency.

The offer is the counter

This is where the selling happens. Makes the next step crystal clear.

Without: off home enthusiastic, without buying.

Bake it yourself

What happens if you leave out an ingredient?

Applause. No revenue.

Off home enthusiastic, without buying. Sound familiar? Then you know where your room leaks.

The Sold-Out Recipe

Four steps from empty room to clients.

We don't start with the ads. We start with what you sell. Only then do we fill the room.

Step 01 · with buyers

Dough

a crystal-clear offer. First your offer. Then an event structure with the right ratio and a bridge to that offer. Only then the hook and the title.

Step 02 · filling

Rise

filling the room. Through ads, LinkedIn, outreach and email.

Step 03 · filling

Oven

making sure they really come. Signing up is not the same as showing up. We warm up your participants through email, WhatsApp and reminders.

Step 04 · with buyers

Counter

making the offer. At the right moment, with follow-up that is just as clear. From event to conversation to client.

Why us

A full room is the start. Not the finish.

Every agency

  • Fills the room.
  • A full room is the finish line.
  • Reports likes and sign-ups.
  • Price only after a strategy call.
  • Account managers.
  • Recommends a lead magnet and has someone else build it.

Online Marketing Bakery

  • Makes sure it buys.
  • A full room is the starting line.
  • Calls and revenue, on a scoreboard per event.
  • Prices simply online.
  • Bakers with a face.
  • Comes up with the tasting and builds it in-house.

The scoreboard

We measure our success by what your room buys.

Not by whether it is full. Likes are crumbs: we count loaves. Five numbers per event, on one scoreboard.

Online Marketing BakeryYour event's receipt

  • Sign-upsHow many people signed up?
  • AttendedHow many actually came?
  • CallsHow many wanted to keep talking?
  • ClientsHow many said yes?

RevenueWhat did this event bring in?

LikesAren't on the receipt.

Thank you, and see you at the next event!

Who it's for

One recipe, many counters.

Events are our favourite recipe. But it works anywhere someone shares knowledge to sell.

Marketing for everyone is marketing for no one. So we are picky.

  • You sell a programme of €2,500 to €15,000.
  • You turn over €250k+ and have 20+ happy clients.
  • You sell through events, webinars or content. Or you want to.
  • You or your team run the sales calls yourselves.
  • You move fast and get stuck in yourself.

Sorry, no bread

  • Your first programme, still without proof.
  • A ticket under €2,500.

  • Nobody to run the calls.

The proof

Numbers where we can. Builds where we can't yet.

A results case gets hard numbers: calls, clients, progression. No likes. Beyond that, we let the work speak for itself.

The bakers

No account managers. Bakers with a face.

Rubin is your fixed point of contact. No account manager in between.

Behind him is a team of craft nerds, from media buyer to developer. They are everywhere, because quality has no postcode. The bakery itself has been in Roermond since 2020.

And then there is Soes, the Soes Chef of Online Marketing Bakery. He tastes everything before it goes in the shop window. And he does the PR.

Questions

Honest answers, even when they disappoint.

What does it cost?
The cream puff is free. The Sold-Out Session costs €3,000 one-off. The House Recipe starts from €3,500 a month, for at least six months. The media budget for ads comes on top of that. If you start the House Recipe within fourteen days of the session, we credit the session in full. All prices are excl. VAT.
What exactly is the cream puff?
The free leak test. Thirteen questions, three minutes, and you know where your funnel leaks: in your offer, in who comes in, in the warming up or at the counter. Leaves you wanting more? Then we'll keep talking.
I don't run a masterclass or webinar yet. Can I still come to you?
That's exactly when. Most experts who walk in don't have a tasting yet. We come up with it and build it together: a masterclass, webinar, quiz or tool that gives your clients a taste of your knowledge, and that ends at your offer. That's how your core product starts selling better.
Do I have to present differently?
No. You keep sharing what you know, your way. What gets added: a crystal-clear offer and follow-up that is just as clear.
Do you guarantee a full room?
No. Anyone who guarantees a full room is promising something they don't control. What we do do: measure every event on the scoreboard and adjust based on what it brings in. In calls and revenue, not in likes.
How soon will I see results?
Your first event is your first measuring point. Lasting growth usually takes two to six months of measuring and adjusting. We'd rather say that up front than afterwards. That's why the House Recipe runs for at least six months.
Why is it actually called a cream puff?
Because after one bite, you want more. That's exactly what a first impression should do. You don't get a second chance at one.
And who is Soes?
The Soes Chef of Online Marketing Bakery. A cream puff in a chef's hat, and our sous-chef. He's in charge of the first bite: the cream puff. The real baking he leaves to the people.
Is this for me?
Do you sell a programme of €2,500 to €15,000 and run the sales calls yourself? Then probably yes. In doubt? We'll figure it out in the baker's chat. If it's not for you, we'll tell you.
